The information on this website is published by Liger Tours Namibia, a locally owned tour operator registered with the Namibia Tourism Board, to help you plan a trip with us. It describes our routes, activities and the way we work in good faith. For anything that binds either side, the quotation we send you, these terms and your booking confirmation are the documents that count. If anything on this page seems to conflict with your quotation, contact us on +264 81 472 2552 and we will put it right.

Namibia is a wild country and conditions change: roads wash out, rivers flood, animals move and lodges occasionally close for maintenance. We adjust itineraries for weather, road conditions, park decisions and safety, and any change of equal or better value is made at no cost. Durations and day plans are confirmed with you at enquiry, so what you book is what you get.

Photographs on this site show real places on our routes and real moments from our trips, but exact viewpoints, wildlife sightings and light cannot be guaranteed. Wildlife is wild and sightings are never promised.

Content on this website is information, not an offer. Every tour is quoted individually in Namibian dollars (N$) because price depends on group size, season and accommodation choices. A quotation is valid for 14 days from the date it is sent unless it states otherwise, and it is the quotation that sets out your deposit, balance and cancellation schedule.

You take part in game drives, walks, dune climbs and other activities at your own risk and must follow your guide's instructions at all times. We take every reasonable care in planning and running our tours and work with registered providers throughout Namibia.

This site links to services we use and recommend, such as WhatsApp and mapping tools. Those websites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or behaviour.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Namibia and is always subject to the travel insurance requirement set out in our terms of service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and the courts of Namibia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
